Had another 6 month checkup with my Oncologist this week. All good. I'm a four year survivor as of last month. Don't have to go back for another 6 months - I love it.
Still on Arimidex - and thank God it's now generic. I have another year and five months and the price was crippling. Still have aches and pains, but not any of the really nasty side effects many people have (Praise God!).
It's been kind of a rough winter. Had bronchitis twice and recently it turned into pneumonia. Managed to avoid the hospital with some major shots at the doctor's office and lots of rest. Still not feeling 100% but much better.
We've had a rough winter weather wise too. 5 snows since Christmas. FIVE - in Alabama! That's crazy. I'm so ready for spring and warm weather. My feet haven't felt warm many times this winter.
Thankful to be alive to have cold feet!
