I'm counting down the grandkids birthdays this year, and so thankful I'm alive for them. Though I'm terrible these days about getting cards/checks out on time. I used to be really prompt, and it's not like I actually forget their birthdays are coming. I just don't get it done on time. Guess they'll remember me as the "slow Gram".
I only have two granddaughters and their birthdays are 3 days apart (3 years - but in the month of June - 3 days). The six grandsons are spread out pretty well and there are a couple more yet to come this year.
Each one is a milestone for me these days though.
