I spent a good bit of time yesterday trying to get my genealogy records in order. I'd previously purchased "Legacy" (and really like the program), but hadn't been faithful in putting in my info sources, so got that up to date yesterday.
I can't imagine how difficult this would have been before the computer/technology age.
It's kinda like working on web sites - you can get totally immersed in it and time just flies.
